Learn to let go of excess stress and tension held in your Body & Mind. In these classes we explore various styles of meditation from the ancient to the more modern. The aim is to empower each individual with relaxation tools and meditation techniques that may be easily integrated into their every day life. All levels are welcome. Currently all classes are online. Individual sessions are available in-person by appointment.
Classes run for 30 minutes | $10/class or 10 classes/$90
